Positionsübersicht
Verantwortung für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung der Produktlinie sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen zur Sicherstellung der Profitabilität.Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer strategischen Produkt-Roadmap, inklusive Leitung globaler NPI-Projekte (Einführung neuer Produkte)Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb und regionalen Marktmanagern, um Marktanteile zu steigern, neue Produkte zu entwickeln und zusätzliche Anwendungen zu erschließenAnalyse von Markttrends, Wettbewerbsumfeld und Kundenanforderungen zur Ableitung von ProduktstrategienEntwicklung, Umsetzung und Monitoring von Marketingstrategien (Preis, Promotion, Platzierung, Produkt)Festlegung von Preisstrategien und Koordination globaler Preisvereinbarungen Planung und Durchführung gezielter Marketingkampagnen in Kooperation mit der MarketingkommunikationUnterstützung des Wachstums durch Zusammenarbeit mit Vertriebskanälen und OEM-KundenInitiierung von Maßnahmen zur Produktoptimierung und KostensenkungBeitrag zur globalen Prognosegenauigkeit im Rahmen des S&OP-Prozesses
Positionsanforderungen
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaft oder vergleichbar Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Marketing oder Produktmanagement, idealerweise in der Militär- oder Aerospace-SteckverbinderindustrieAusgeprägtes technisches Verständnis für Steckverbindersysteme in anspruchsvollen Umgebungen, bevorzugt im Bereich NutzfahrzeugeFundierte Marketingkenntnisse sowie starke analytische FähigkeitenHervorragende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, um komplexe Inhalte verständlich zu vermittelnKreatives und innovatives Denken gepaart mit UmsetzungsstärkeHohe Eigenmotivation, Zielorientierung und proaktive ArbeitsweiseBereitschaft zu nationalen und internationalen ReisenSicherer Umgang mit MS OfficeAusgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
