DEINE ZUKÜNFTIGEN AUFGABEN  

• Eigenständige Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Organizational Change Management (OCM) Projekten beginnend bei der Strategie, weitergehend über Stakeholder Management, Kommunikation, Realisierung, Enablement, bis hin zur Erhebung der Effektivität sowohl im Delivery als auch im Advisory Ansatz
• Co-Entwicklung und Vermarktung neuer Tools und Methodologien (z.B. zu Themen wie Mindset, User Adoption, Learning, etc.) zur Weiterentwicklung unserer OCM-Methodik und SAP Standards
• Begleitung der Endanwender*innen während der gesamten Projektlaufzeit und Sicherstellung der nachhaltigen User Akzeptanz
• Datengestützte Analyse diverser Projektgegebenheiten und Ableitung passender Verbesserungsmaßnahmen (z.B. Experience Management, Projektkollaboration, User Adoption)
• Unterstützung beim Aufbau einer Vertriebspipeline und bei der Erstellung von Kundenangeboten sowie Repräsentation des Teams bei internen und externen Veranstaltungen

DEIN PROFIL

Master-Abschluss (vorzugsweise in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Informatik oder Psychologie) oder ein MBA4+ Jahre Erfahrung in SAP-bezogener Beratung oder in ähnlichem Umfeld im Kontext von Organisational Change ManagementExzellente Kenntnisse in OCM-Methodik (z.B. ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci)Grundlegendes Verständnis der SAP-Produkt- und Service-RoadmapExzellente Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und EnglischSelbststarter-Haltung, hohes Maß an Motivation, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Kundenzentriertheit Ausgeprägte analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie ein souveränes Auftreten auf allen HierarchieebenenStarke Problemlösefähigkeiten, hohes Maß an Kreativität, Blick sowohl für wichtige Details als auch für das Big PictureProjektmanagementerfahrung mit Schwerpunkt auf agiler MethodikErfahrung mit Employee Experience und Customer Journey Mapping
