Internship assignment:

We are seeking a motivated intern (m/f/d) to support us in implementing and optimizing operational structures. The focus is on the overarching linkage of information for creating central documents and documentation in an IT tool. You will contribute to the digitalization of governance processes to efficiently initiate and manage management reports, stakeholder self-assessments, and related actions. You will interact with leadership, key functions, and various teams. This internship offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in process management, governance structures, and compliance in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do- Support Process Optimization: Contribute to key tasks and assist in achieving project goals under guidance.
- Assist Digitalization: Help organize and link information for central document creation/maintenance, focusing on governance to provide useful content for leadership.
- Initiate/Support Automation: Help automate key processes like stakeholder self-assessments, actions, and risk analyses.
- Establish Cycles and Plans: Set up annual cycles, work plans, and stakeholder integration for central system embedding.
- Develop Automated Actions: Create automated actions and links based on predefined cycles.
- Provide Hands-On Support: Offer team assistance, including documentation and milestone reporting for stakeholders/executives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with functions (e.g., PMO, Policy) to align priorities and meet project milestones.
What You'll Bring- Languages: Proficient knowledge of German & English (native or fluent).
- Ideal candidates possess a degree in Business Administration (BWL) or a comparable field, with a background in law or experience in process managemen.
- Excellent self-organization and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication.
- High level of commitment to deadlines and quality of work.
- Strong process understanding, holistic thinking, and quick comprehension.
- Ideal Background: Experience or interest in areas such as auditing, external auditing, management consulting, or compliance.
- Practical experience in project management is a big plus.
- Additional Qualifications: Affinity for IT tools and digital processes; ideally, initial experience with automation tools or documentation systems.
