We're looking for a dynamic Business Development executive to join our top-tier team. Our ideal team member is excited about joining a fast-growing company, demonstrating strong sales execution, and helping to shape the European region.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Manage the entire sales cycle: identifying new prospects, creating and managing sales pipeline and closing new businesses

  2. Focus on working the prospect list and leverage a strong ability to transition prospects into clients

  3. Understand the client's business goals, anticipate future needs and help determine ideal solutions for signed customers

  4. Partner with internal cross-functional team members to drive account growth

  5. Exceed ambitious quarterly targets

  6. Stay current on the latest industry trends in mobile advertising

  7. Attend key industry events and conferences

SKILLS AND QUALITIES

  1. 5+ years of sales experience in performance advertising

  2. Existing network of relationships within app publishers across the European region

  3. Exceptional presentation skills

  4. Strategic, consultative, and analytical sales approach, with focus on closing new business

  5. Professional level English

  6. Persuasion, exceptional negotiation and communication skill

  7. Ability to confidently represent Edge266's solution and establish credibility as a subject matter expert in the field of mobile advertising

  8. Self-disciplined with the ability to work independently

  9. Solution-seeker

  10. Berlin residency required
