Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Abteilung Technology suchen wir eine engagierte Person als "Process Engineer Competence Center Grinding Plants (m/w/d)" mit fundiertem technischem Know-how, einem analytischen Arbeitsstil und Freude an internationaler Zusammenarbeit.
  • Verfahrenstechnische Weiterentwicklung der gesamten Mahlanlage in enger Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen
  • Initiierung und Leitung von Entwicklungsprojekten sowie Mitarbeit an Produktinnovationen und der Erschließung neuer Märkte
  • Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Ableitung strategischer Empfehlungen
  • Technologische Unterstützung der Fachbereiche und Tochtergesellschaften mit Fokus auf Know-how-Management und Produktentwicklung
  • Planung, Koordination und Auswertung von Versuchen im Technikum und im Feld zur Weiterentwicklung des Produktportfolios
  • Verfahrenstechnische Auslegung von Mahlanlagen inkl. Wärmerechnung und Festlegung von Leistungsgarantien zur Vertriebsunterstützung
  • Technische Beratung während der Projektabwicklung sowie Teilnahme an Projektübergaben zur Sicherstellung der Qualitätsanforderungen
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung digitaler Werkzeuge und Datenbanken
  • Erstellung und Durchsetzung technischer Standards sowie Durchführung interner und externer Schulungen


Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Verfahrens- oder Prozesstechnik
  • Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position von 5 Jahren, oder mehr
  • Wissenschaftlich-analytische Arbeitsweise mit hoher technischer Kompetenz
  • Teamplayer mit ausgeprägtem interkulturellem Verständnis
  • Agile Denkweise und Fähigkeit zum Umgang mit sich schnell ändernden Prioritäten
  • Weltweite Reisebereitschaft, auch bei Tätigkeitsschwerpunkt im Innendienst
  • Erfahrung in der verfahrenstechnischen Auslegung und Entwicklung von Mahlanlagen von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Präsentationen, Dokumentationen und Kundenkommunikation
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
