We are looking for a Senior AI / Prompt Engineer (LLM Product Integrator) to join a Swiss tech company and take ownership of bridging user intent with system execution using GPT-4/5, Claude, and other large language models. You will design and optimise prompts, control and structure AI outputs, and integrate AI into production systems to power real, usable features.

Your qualifications:

• 3+ years of commercial software development experience (backend, integration, or full-stack)
• Proven experience with large language models (GPT-4/5, Claude, etc.) and prompt engineering
• Expertise in structured output generation (JSON, YAML), prompt chaining, and context injection
• Experience integrating AI outputs with backend systems via APIs
• Familiarity with orchestration tools (LangChain, n8n, or similar)
• Skills in testing, refining, and benchmarking AI performance for accuracy, speed, and reliability
• Good English skills, both written and spoken

• Experience building AI-powered SaaS products
• Knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing, and performance optimisation in AI-driven applications
  
  

Your tasks:

• Design, implement, and optimise AI prompts for reliable, structured output
• Integrate LLMs into backend systems through APIs
• Work with orchestration tools to automate AI workflows
• Test, refine, and benchmark AI performance for accuracy, speed, and reliability
• Collaborate closely with the full-stack lead to ensure AI responses power real, usable product features
