Ziel der Vakanz

Zur Überbrückung einer Schlüsselposition im Marketing suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die strategisch denkt, operativ umsetzt und Verantwortung übernimmt. Die Rolle bietet breiten Handlungsspielraum und ist entscheidend für die Sichtbarkeit und Positionierung des Unternehmens in der DACH-Region.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für alle Marketingaktivitäten in der DACH-Region
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung zielgerichteter Kampagnen (inkl. Leadgenerierung und After-Sales)
  • Betreuung der Website, Performance-Analyse, SEO, Content-Erstellung
  • Organisation von Messen, Events, Kundenveranstaltungen
  • Steuerung externer Dienstleister (Agenturen, Designer, Videoproduktion)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales Director und dem europäischen Headquarter
  • Mitwirkung an Employer Branding und interner Kommunikation

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Marketing, idealerweise im technologie- oder industriegeprägten Umfeld
  • Vertraut mit Digitalmarketing, CRM-Systemen, Content-Formaten und Kampagnensteuerung
  • Technisches Grundverständnis und hohe Textsicherheit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicher im Umgang mit Adobe Suite, CMS, Analyse-Tools und Social Media
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
