Für unser Core Data Administration Team suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n:

Teamleiter Core Data Administration (m/w/d)*

DEINE CHANCEN, AN DENEN DU WÄCHST :
  • Stammdatenerfassung und Stammdatenpflege in unsere eigenen Immobilienverwaltungssystem sowie in den Kundensystemen für Wohnungs-, Gewerbe- und WEG-Verwaltungsbestände
  • Aufnahme und Erfassung der Mietvertragsdaten im System in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Property Manager und bei technischen Stammdaten mit unserem Technical Property Manager
  • Stammdatenpflege der Kreditoren- und Debitorenstammdaten in Zusammenarbeit mit einem Buchhalter
  • Regelmäßige Kommunikation mit Property- und Asset Management
  • Mitarbeit bei regelmäßigen Stammdatenanalysen und internem Data-Clearing-Verfahren zur Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsansprüche
  • Überwachung und Mitarbeit bei systemischen Schnittstellendefinitionen zur Implementierung neuer systemischer Applikationen und Erweiterungen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Aufnahme von Neu-Beständen in unser Verwaltungssystem
DEIN PROFIL, MIT DEM DU ÜBERZEUGST :
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise im Immobilienbereich (z. B. als Immobilienkaufmann / Immobilienkauffrau)
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung in den beschriebenen Aufgabenbereichen
  • Praxisbezogene Kenntnisse in Excel sowie sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Ausgeprägte Datenaffinität und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft und schnelle Auffassungsgabe im Umgang mit neuen Systemen
  • Teamfähigkeit und positive, lösungsorientierte Kommunikationsweise
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
