Nagarro's global SAP business unit is a leading IT full-service provider for critical business applications and complex ERP landscapes in digital transformation. We advise our customers on IT strategy and processes, implement and operate systems including the associated support and maintenance. In addition to many years of SAP experience in cross-industry core processes, we have distinctive and specific know-how in retail, the process industry, manufacturing, professional services and the public sector. We take an open-ended approach and support our customers in on-prem, cloud or hybrid scenarios. In addition, we offer products developed in-house to increase efficiency.
Job Description- As a System Engineer you are responsible for the analysis, optimization and development of storage/server, backup and virtualization environments.
- You are involved in the further development of our highly available data center landscape and design IT landscapes and IT processes.
- You will also be involved in the following project topics: Data center migration, virtualization, automation and cloud computing.
- You provide 2nd and 3rd level support in the area of infrastructure for our existing customers and advise their departments on technical problems.
- You have completed training as an IT specialist or have a degree in (business) informatics.
- You already have (first) professional experience as a system engineer and knowledge in the following topics: Virtualizations, Operating Systems and Microsoft Services.
- Your mindset is solution/process-oriented and analytical, and you have strong methodological skills.
- Distinct customer orientation and the ability to work in a team as well as a convincing appearance round off your profile.
- You speak fluent German (B2) and good English (B1). Team meetings will be held in English.
