Als Solution Consultant bist du Teil unseres Departments "Consulting & Professional Services". Unsere Aufgabe ist es, in Projekten kundenspezifische Lösungen mit unserer Softwareplattform cplace zu gestalten – und genau dafür brauchen wir dich

An der Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde und Plattform wirst du zu einem No- und Low-Code-Spezialisten, der unabdingbar für unsere Kunden, unser Produkt cplace und für uns als Unternehmen wird. Nutze deine Expertise im Consulting und Solution Design, um IT-Projekte bei den Big Playern aller Industrien zu revolutionieren. Sei Teil unseres dynamischen Teams und erschaffe bahnbrechende Lösungen in einem komplexen und inspirierenden Umfeld.

  • Durchführung von Bedarfsanalysen und Requirements Engineering zur präzisen Definition von Kundenanforderungen und Identifikation der tatsächlichen Bedarfe, um Lösungen auf das nächste Level zu heben.
  • Anwendung von Beratung und Best Practices durch fundierte Kundenberatung, basierend auf Erfahrung in verschiedenen Projektmanagement-Disziplinen und Implementierung bewährter Methoden aus vergleichbaren Projekten.
  • Einsatz unserer Software cplace sowohl als Plattform als auch als modularen Lösungsbaukasten, um dem Kunden durch Plattformverständnis und Lösungsarchitektur die beste Lösung zu liefern.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Architekt:innen und Entwickler:innen zur Sicherstellung der erfolgreichen technischen Implementierung.
  • Nutzung der Funktionalitäten der cplace-Plattform zur Identifizierung und Umsetzung lösungsorientierter Potenziale für Unternehmen.
  • Begleitung, Inspiration und Unterstützung von Stakeholdern zur Gestaltung und Umsetzung überzeugender, innovativer Ergebnisse mit cplace.
  • Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Lösungsstrategien durch Analyse projektübergreifender Trends.

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Requirements Engineering und der Beratung in einem dynamischen Umfeld.
  • Fähigkeit zur präzisen Analyse komplexer Kundenprozesse und -anforderungen.
  • Proaktive Arbeitsweise und Fähigkeit zur eigenverantwortlichen Steuerung der eigenen Themenbereiche im Projekt.
  • Stärke in zielsicherer Analyse komplexer Kundenprozesse und -anforderungen.
  • Herausragende Kommunikationsfähigkeit zur effektiven Moderation, Strukturierung und Interaktion im täglichen Kundenkontakt.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
