Your Responsibilities- Du bist Mitarbeiter:in der Wechselschicht im Team der Segmentschlosserei oder der allgemeinen Schlosserei
- Du bist zuständig für die Vorbereitung und Ausführung von Reparatur- und Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen an Bauteilen verschiedener Stranggussanlagen wie Rollen, Kokillen, etc.
- Du demontierst und arbeitest Bauteile wie Kühleinrichtungen, Schmiereinrichtungen, Rollen und Lager der Segmente auf
- Mithilfe von Arbeitsunterlagen und Qualitätsvorgaben montierst und komplettierst du verschiedene Bauteile der Stranggießanlagen
- Du kontrollierst und prüfst die Funktion der Bauteile und dokumentierst die Ergebnisse
- Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Industriemechaniker:in, Konstruktionsmechaniker:in oder einen vergleichbaren Ausbildungsstand
- Du hast Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Reparatur und Instandhaltung von Maschinen und Anlagen, Wälzlagertechnik, Tribotechnik und Hydraulik
- Ein Kran- und Staplerschein sowie ein Führerschein der Klasse B sind wünschenswert
- Du besitzt ein gutes technisches Verständnis und hast Erfahrung im Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen
- Die engagierte Mitarbeit im Team und das Interesse an der selbstorganisierten und eigenverantwortlichen Abwicklung von Aufgaben zeichnet dich aus
