DEINE AUFGABEN
  • Du bist zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in für alle Controlling-Themen im Direct-Retail-Bereich und stellst eine transparente Steuerung der operativen Performance sicher
  • Du verantwortest die Aufbereitung, Analyse und Interpretation von Umsatz-, Kosten- und Leistungsdaten – von unseren Touchpoints bis zur Gesamtorganisation
  • Du entwickelst Dashboards und Reports in Power BI und sorgst für eine verlässliche, automatisierte Datenbasis für Management-Entscheidungen
  • Du unterstützt bei der Datenanbindung und -integration verschiedener Systeme (z. B. POS, Warenwirtschaft, CRM, Personalplanung) in unsere BI-Umgebung
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Data-Team und IT zusammen, um Datenquellen zu konsolidieren und das Reporting technisch wie fachlich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Du leitest Handlungsempfehlungen ab, unterstützt Budgetplanung, Forecasting und Abweichungsanalysen
  • Du treibst die Digitalisierung unserer Controlling-Prozesse aktiv voran und bringst neue Ideen zur Datenmodellierung und Automatisierung ein
  • Du begleitest Projekte im Bereich Retail Operations und Performance-Optimierung mit analytischem und wirtschaftlichem Blick
DEIN PROFIL
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Controlling, Statistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im Einzelhandel oder Retail-Operations-Umfeld, mit
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Power BI, Datenmodellierung (z. B. SQL) und verstehst, wie Daten aus unterschiedlichen Quellen sinnvoll zusammengeführt werden
  • Du hast technisches Verständnis für Data-Warehouse-Strukturen und Schnittstellen (z. B. API-Anbindungen)
  • Du denkst analytisch, handelst lösungsorientiert und hast Freude daran, komplexe Zusammenhänge in klare Handlungsempfehlungen zu übersetzen
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und kommunikationsstark – sowohl mit operativen Teams als auch mit Management und IT
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab
