Deine Aufgaben
  • Leitung der Entwicklung von Marken- und Kampagnenstrategien
  • Sicherstellung der Abstimmung zwischen Kunden-Zielen und kreativen Ergebnissen
  • Führung von Consulting-Projekten und Entwicklung von Kundenbeziehungen entsprechend ihrer Bedürfnisse und Ziele
  • Projektmanagement: Zeitpläne und Arbeitsaufwand über mehrere Strateg:innen/Analyst:innen hinweg koordinieren
  • Überprüfung und Guidance von Team-Deliverables sowie Koordination mit Analyst:innen
  • Durchführung von Brainstorms und strategischen Workshops; Hauptansprechpartner:in für Kunden Stakeholder in betreuten Accounts
Dein Profil
  • Verantwortung für die strategische Ausrichtung wichtiger Kunden Accounts
  • Starke Fähigkeiten in Insights, Frameworks und Entwicklung kreativer Konzepte
  • Cross-Channel-Know-how: Social, Brand, Digital, Performance und Business
  • Strukturierte, klare und selbstbewusste Kommunikation
  • Erfahrung in der Betreuung und Supervision von Associates oder Junior Strategists auf Projektbasis
  • Popkulturelles Wissen, Pitch-Erfahrung und proaktive Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Hohes Maß an Resilienz, Teamgeist und Priorisierung Kompetenz
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
