Ein duales Studium an unserer Zentrale in Grasbrunn bei München ermöglicht dir die ideale Kombination aus Theorie und Praxis Hochschul- und Praxisphasen wechseln sich im Studium regelmäßig ab. Du steigst intensiv in die Berufspraxis ein, indem du neben Projektarbeiten das Tagesgeschäft bei uns erledigst und schnell Verantwortung übernimmst.

Die theoretischen Studieninhalte werden in Kooperation mit der FOM München angeboten. Daher erwirbst du an der FOM Hochschule die theoretischen Grundlagen der Betriebswirtschaft, des strategischen Managements sowie Kenntnisse im Finanzcontrolling und im Wirtschaftsrecht. In deinen Praxisphasen hast du unterschiedliche Einsatzbereiche. Dabei bearbeitest du konkrete Projekte oder unterstützt dein Team in ihren Aufgaben. Nach dem dualen Studium bieten wir dir vielfältige zukunftsorientierte Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten innerhalb des Unternehmens. Bisher konnten wir fast 100% aller "Auszubildenden" der letzten Jahre übernehmen und weiter fördern.

Das bieten wir dir
  • Abschluss: Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Business Administration (mit 180 ECTS-Punkten akkreditiert).
  • Dauer: 7 Semester.
  • Die Anmeldefrist für das Sommersemester (Beginn 15. März) ist vom 15. November bis zum 15. Januar; für das Wintersemester (Beginn 1. Oktober) vom 2. Mai bis zum 15. Juni.
  • Vergütung: 1.Jahr: EUR 1000,- 2.Jahr: EUR 1200,- 3.Jahr: EUR 1400,-.
Voraussetzungen
  • Gutes bis sehr gutes Abitur.
  • Flexibilität, Kontakt- und Kommunikationsfreudigkeit.
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit & Leistungsbereitschaft.
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten, sowie selbstständiges Problemlösen.
  • Hilfreiche schulische Interessen: Naturwissenschaften, IT, Technik (MINT).
