Du bist die zentrale Steuerzentrale zwischen Nachfrage, Einkauf und Bestand: Als Demand Planner (m/w/d) sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Produkte – sowohl im Online-Shop als auch im Retail – immer zur richtigen Zeit in der richtigen Menge verfügbar sind.
Du erkennst frühzeitig, ob uns zu viel Lagerkapital blockiert wird oder uns ein Out-of-Stock-Risiko bevor steht – und steuerst aktiv dagegen. Du baust ein System, mit dem wir unsere Bestände datenbasiert, effizient und skalierbar managen. Dabei kombinierst du strategisches Denken mit operativer Exzellenz und entwickelst smarte Prozesse, Forecast-Logiken und Einkaufsstrategien, die unser Wachstum unterstützen.
Du arbeitest eng mit Teams wie Data, Marketing, Retail und Logistik zusammen, um fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen, Nachbestellungen zu optimieren und unser Sortiment so zu steuern, dass es sich schnell dreht – ohne Chaos, ohne Bauchgefühl, sondern mit Struktur, Klarheit und Ownership.

  • Forecasting & Planung: Erstellung datenbasierter Absatzprognosen (Retail & eCom) – du erkennst frühzeitig, ob wir zu viel oder zu wenig Bestand haben.
  • Einkaufsverantwortung: Vollständiges Ownership über den Einkaufsprozess – von der Lieferantenauswahl bis zur Nachbestellung.
  • Strategischer Einkauf: Entwicklung eines Sortiments, das sich schnell dreht – mit Fokus auf Margen, Verfügbarkeit und Kapitalbindung.
  • Supplier Management: Du verhandelst Konditionen, bewertest Risiken, pflegst enge Partnerschaften.
  • Prozessaufbau: Du entwickelst eine smarte Bestelllogik mit klarem System – netsuite ist dein Tool of truth.
  • Schnittstellenmanagement: Du arbeitest eng mit Data, Produkt, Marketing, Retail und Logistik – holst dir eigenständig die Informationen, die du brauchst.
  • Bestandsanalyse: Du weißt jederzeit, was auf Lager ist, was fehlt – und wie sich das auf Umsatz & Cashflow auswirkt.
  • Kosten- & Prozessoptimierung: Du hinterfragst Bestehendes, implementierst neue Wege, denkst strategisch und unternehmerisch.
Das bringst du mit:
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Demand Planner, Supply Chain Manager oder strategischer Einkäufer – idealerweise im E-Commerce- oder Retail-Umfeld
  • Du bist analytisch stark, bringst Struktur und Prozesse mit und denkst end-to-end.
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (idealerweise netsuite) & Forecasting Tools.
  • Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick und ein sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Lieferanten.
  • Hands-on-Mentalität & Drive, Dinge selbstständig zu gestalten.
  • Du denkst wie ein Owner: Du willst gestalten, optimieren, Verantwortung übernehmen.
  • Du hast Lust, etwas aufzubauen – vielleicht kommst du aus einem Konzern und möchtest zurück in ein agiles Setup, wo du wirklich impact hast und etwas ändern/bewegen kannst.
