Business Developer - Germany and Austria

Assignments

  • Build, inspire, and challenge partners to reach new levels of performance.
  • Own your market – lead Hästens' growth with the mindset of an entrepreneur, not an employee.
  • Outperform other markets– open doors where others can't and close deals others only dream of.
  • Drive business action plans that don't just increase sales – they redefine what success looks like.
  • Represent a global luxury brand and make it even stronger through your vision and execution.
  • Travel, negotiate, influence, and lead at the highest level – across Germany and Austria, and occasional trips to Sweden and other destinations globally.

Requirements

  • You have founded, scaled, or led businesses before – you know what ownership feels like.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on creating mutual growth opportunities with partners.
  • You have a track record of winning – hitting ambitious goals and exceeding expectations.
  • Proven success in luxury sales – you've consistently delivered exceptional results in premium retail environments.
  • You are strategic, fearless, and competitive – you play to win and inspire others to do the same.
  • Sales excellence: you can move mountains if that's what's needed.
  • You know how to analyze, plan, and execute – and you never shy away from accountability.
  • Fluent in German and English, with the flexibility to travel 70–80%.
  • Valid EU driver's license.
