Position Overview

As People & Culture Business Partner for Cluster West & Central, you will play a vital role within the regional leadership team, shaping the employee experience across Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Switzerland. Acting as a trusted advisor to managers, you'll drive performance, engagement, and development while supporting all aspects of HR – including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, change management, and communication. You will also collaborate on global and cross-functional HR initiatives, ensuring our people strategies align with Permobil's purpose and drive our continued growth.

Location: This is a hybrid role, based in Ratingen (near Dusseldorf), Germany

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to drive business results through people-focused strategies and actions,
  • Lead organizational development initiatives, such as succession and development planning, goal setting, and performance management,
  • Guide and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, encouraging a culture where employees thrive,
  • Implement and drive best-in-class recruiting and talent acquisition practices,
  • Facilitate a strong leadership and coaching culture, building high-performing teams,
  • Manage and contribute to HR projects and corporate initiatives across the region.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience,
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an HR Business Partner in an international environment, supporting multiple countries beyond Germany,
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence at all levels,
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to clearly explain ideas and data implications,
  • Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus,
  • Experience with Agile organizations or leadership is meritorious.
