Role
As a Senior GenAI Engineer, you'll play a key technical leadership role in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge solutions that deliver real business impact. You'll be part of our Data Science practice and play a pivotal role with our GenAI collaborations. Join our dynamic and growing team as we expand our footprint in Switzerland and internationally

As a Senior GenAI Engineer, you can expect 

• Combining state-of-the-art machine learning with modern software engineering best practices, you'll build scalable, high-performance applications that enable our clients to unlock meaningful insights from their data.
• You'll lead end-to-end machine learning projects - from ideation and prototyping to production deployment - and take ownership of the technical vision and execution.
• Design and build secure, scalable Generative AI applications in the cloud by integrating cutting-edge GenAI tools
• You're passionate about understanding client needs and translating them into impactful, user-centric solutions that drive adoption and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Above all, you're a highly organized team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

In addition, this should be part of your background to apply:

• Hands-on experience with modern programming languages on the frontend and backend including Javascript frameworks, NodeJS, Python etc. as well as scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.
• Demonstrated expertise in Azure Cloud services - including Azure App Service, Container Apps, Azure AI Services (Cognitive Services), and Azure Search - alongside experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Proven track record of architecting and implementing secure, scalable solutions using these platforms within regulated environments.
• Experience with Azure network service and security components such as firewall, vNET, load balancers, TLS encryption, SSL certificates, etc.
• Expertise in building secure cloud applications. You feel comfortable with Virtual networks, private endpoints, data segregation, api management, authentication, RBAC, etc.
• Experience with building applications that use Generative AI tooling, including LLM gateways, RAG, GenAI frameworks (AutoGen, LangChain, Promptflow) and LLMOps frameworks (e.g., LangFuse)
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Requirements for proficiency in both German and English.
