All about the position
Your Tasks
- Careful management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset accounting, as well as bank and cash accounts
- Reconciliation and maintenance of OPOS and general ledger accounts
- Daily cash management and liquidity control
- Processing of intra-group service billing (intercompany)
- Assistance in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB
- Determination of the profits of foreign branches in accordance with international transfer pricing guidelines (cost-plus method)
- Processing of payment transactions
- Support in the preparation of audits by external partners
- Collaboration in the preparation of advance sales tax returns
- Preparation and timely submission of Intrastat reports
- Responsibility for the statistical recording of intra-Community goods movements
- Communication with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
- Checking and posting travel expense and credit card statements
