EU&A Finance Controller

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Sales team to drive business performance, operational activities, and support effective financial management.
  • Lead management reporting while assessing risks and opportunities across sales pipelines, projects, and customers, including budgeting, forecasting, actuals tracking, and variance analysis.
  • Build and review pricing and bidding financial models, including P&L, cash flow, ROI, NPV, and payback analysis.
  • Monitor project and customer P&L to improve profitability.
  • Support the monthly financial close, ensuring timely and accurate results.
  • Maintain and improve internal controls and financial processes.
  • Provide financial analysis and reports to support senior management decision-making
  • Implement and optimize financial systems and tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is a plus.
  • 10+ years of relevant finance, accounting, or commercial finance experience, preferably in a fast-paced or sales-driven environment; experience in the automobile industry is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience in financial modeling (P&L, Cashflow, ROI) for commercial decision support.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ERP system and quote-to-cash processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to partner effectively with sales and senior management.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in both Chinese and English as working languages.
