Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support professional to join our team on a full-time basis at our Eppelheim location as an on-site role. The Desktop Support role includes assisting users with troubleshooting technical issues related to desktop computers, printers, and related systems. Daily tasks involve providing technical support, managing desktop configurations, offering printer support, and diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate will work efficiently to ensure smooth IT operations and deliver excellent service to clients and team members.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in desktop computer setup, configuration, and maintenance
  • Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Comprehensive knowledge of printer support and related hardware
  • Hands-on experience with desk-side support and customer issue resolution
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, on-site team environment
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus
