YOUR CHALLENGES:

  • Lead the preparation and setup of LED display demos and accessories according to customer requirements.
  • Continuously optimise the loan process to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Regularly review and update the stock list to ensure accurate inventory records.
  • Communicate and coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, including technical, sales, and logistics, to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Serve as the backup (B-role) for the warehouse specialist in inventory management tasks.
  • Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of showroom equipment to ensure proper functionality.
  • Provide on-site LED installation and support for events such as exhibitions, ensuring precise configuration and timely resolution of technical issues.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor's degree or Technical Training in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunication, Mechanical Design or a related field with experience in LED system & equipment manufacturing preferred
  • Basic knowledge of electronics/semi-conductors
  • Attention to numbers with excellent excel skills
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated and an excellent team player
  • Fluent in Chinese (written and verbal) with advanced proficiency in English and German (B1 or higher) is mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel (e.g. on-site installation and product exhibitions)
  • Intercultural competence
