IMPROVR ist ein Sporttechnologie-Startup aus München, das die neuroathletische Leistungsfähigkeit von Athleten durch den Einsatz modernster VR-Technologie verbessert. Die wissenschaftlich entwickelten und praxiserprobten Übungen optimieren die Performance Skills von Athlet*innen mit VR-basierten Spielen, die überall & jederzeit gespielt werden können.

Als Junior Project Manager bist du Teil unseres Kernteams und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung und Steuerung spannender Projekte. Du übernimmst schnell Verantwortung und trägst aktiv zum Wachstum von IMPROVR bei. Im Startup packt jeder überall dort an, wo gerade Unterstützung benötigt wird. Deine Aufgaben sind daher vielfältig:

Aufgaben
  • Planung, Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Projekten in enger Abstimmung mit Management, Entwicklung und Kunden
  • Präsentation, Verkauf und Implementierung von IMPROVR-Systemen bei Athleten, Vereinen, Verbänden und Partnern
  • Briefing-Erstellung und Steuerung der technischen Weiterentwicklungen unserer Applikationen
  • Eigenständige Durchführung von Kundenterminen, Events und Trainings
  • Organisation von internen Prozessen, inkl. Dokumentation und Reporting
  • Weiterentwicklung von Workflows und Tools
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Sportmanagement, Kommunikationswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, in der Beratung oder im Sport-Tech-/Startup-Umfeld
  • Organisationstalent, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit, gepaart mit Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; erste Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Tools und Notion von Vorteil
  • Affinität zu Sport und Technologie ist ein Muss
