Aufgaben
  • Du übernimmst im Team Application Management die Prozesssteuerung und eigenständige Lösungsfindung für die Entstörung im Kernbankumfeld und bildest dabei den zentralen Ansprechpartner für Vertrieb, Zahlungsverkehr, Wertpapier und Kredit bis in das Top-Management.
  • Du verantwortest die Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung der Incident- und Problemmanagementprozesse für z.B. das externe Service Desk als auch andere Dienstleister.
  • Dies schließt die Bewertung und Weiterentwicklung der Berichterstattung von KPIs zur Service-Verfügbarkeit, Reaktions- und Antwortzeiten, Performance und Kapazitätsauslastungen ein.
Profil
  • Dein Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-) Informatik hast du erfolgreich absolviert oder eine vgl. Qualifikation.
  • Du hast idealerweise eine Avaloq-Zertifizierung oder bist bereit diese zu absolvieren.
  • Mit Datenbanksprachen wie PL/SQL gehst du leicht um.
  • Ein breites IT-Verständnis für (Kernbank-)Anwendungen, Schnittstellen und Infrastruktur wie z.B. Avaloq, Airlock, SWIFT, FinTS oder IBM MQ ist von Vorteil.
  • Dein Profil rundest du mit fachlichen Kenntnissen in Bankprozessen wie Kreditwesen, Wertpapier und Zahlungsverkehr ab.
