Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Salesperson located in Madrid. The Retail Salesperson will be responsible for providing product information and knowledge, assisting customers with their inquiries, processing sales, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Day-to-day tasks include greeting customers, managing inventory, operating point-of-sale systems, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Product Knowledge and Retail Sales skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Sales experience and a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail management is a plus
