Wir suchen aktuell mehrere Entwickler und eine(n) Chief of Staff als rechte Hand der Geschäftsleitung. Wir sind im Wachstumskurs von 40 auf 100 Mitarbeiter in 2026, und merken nun, dass wir vieles nicht mehr selbst schaffen. Unser 5-Jahresziel sind 400 Mitarbeiter, welches wir mit Biss und eiserner Hand executen.

Aufgaben

Du willst:

  • Deine Arbeitszeiten selbst bestimmen?
  • von zuhause aus arbeiten (remote)?
  • auch mal selbst ein Kundenprojekt leiten?

Qualifikation

Du:

  • bist operativ stark und nimmst gerne den Hörer in die Hand, um Probleme schnell zu lösen.
  • arbeitest schnell, denn das Projektgeschäft ist extrem schnelllebig.
  • hast Interesse an Tech: wir passen Profile technisch an mit Textbausteinen - das wird auch Teil der Aufgabe, und erfordert technisches Knowhow bzw. das Interesse daran.
  • hast gute Erfahrung mit Excel bzw. Finanzwissen / Controlling ist nicht Neuland für dich.
  • bist nicht kontaktscheu und kommunikationsfreudig.
  • bist gesegnet mit einem Growth Mindset und willst im Leben immer weiterkommen.
  • bist überzeugt davon, dass Dein Potenzial noch lange nicht ausgeschöpft ist.
