As an ERP Production Consultant, you are responsible for providing expert consulting and implementation services to customers in the manufacturing industry using Infor LN and Cloudsuite Industrial Enterprise (CSIE) solutions. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, design and implement solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure success.

Responsibilities and Tasks
Provide expert consulting to manufacturing industry customers on Infor LN and Cloudsuite Industrial Enterprise (CSIE) solutionsWork with customers to understand their business requirements and develop tailored solutionsLead the implementation of Infor LN and Cloudsuite Industrial Enterprise (CSIE) ERP production solutions and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required qualityConfigure, test, and implement Infor LN and CSIE solutions in the manufacturing industryProvide training and support to customers on new ERP solutionsWork with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of ERP solutionsMonitor customer satisfaction and provide ongoing support to ensure successRequirements
Bachelor's degree in business, manufacturing, engineering, or a related field3+ years of experience in ERP consulting with a focus on Infor LN and Cloudsuite Industrial Enterprise (CSIE)Strong understanding of manufacturing industry processes and operationsExperience with the implementation and customization of Infor LN and Cloudsuite Industrial Enterprise (CSIE)Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsTechnical knowledge of SQL and programming languages such as C# or Java is advantageousExperience with agile methodologies is advantageous

Type: Full-time and part-time possible
