GROWTH & SALES MANAGER (Last-Mile Food Delivery), GERMANY
Our client is a tech company leading the development of the only B2B last-mile delivery marketplace — a platform that connects Demand (orders from major restaurant chains and local heroes in Germany) with Couriers and Local Fleets (100% fleet-based in Germany). The goal is to optimize delivery operations for clients — offering a premium delivery experience that combines speed, flexibility, and fair pricing — while increasing sales volume.
With a proven model in other countries and currently undergoing rapid growth, international expansion, and scaling, we are looking for a Senior Sales Executive for our subsidiary in Germany, which counts with an office in central Berlin (but location/scope) can be different. You'll be among the first hires on the ground, working alongside a team arriving from Headquarters to lead and support the launch in Germany with the current German team. This team brings valuable lessons learned from other countries where the company is already a success story — last year growth multiplied by 4x, and the goal is to reach 20x growth in the next four years. We are looking for Growth & Sales Manager, someone ambitious, proactive, someone who overachieves their sales targets but wants more than just that — with an entrepreneurial attitude rather than just an employee mindset.
Mission:
Manage and expand the client network, acting as the link between local businesses or major brands (in the restaurant sector) and the company's Marketplace. You will ensure they are properly integrated and make the most of the benefits of the tech platform to boost their sales and visibility.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Prospecting and acquiring new clients: You will identify and contact restaurants at least, initially), shops, and other businesses that could benefit from using our more effective delivery solutions.
· Negotiating and closing deals: You will be responsible for negotiating commercial terms, pricing, and services to secure mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and its clients.
· Market and competitor analysis: You will help map and monitor the local market and competitors to identify trends and adjust commercial strategies accordingly.
REQUIREMENTS

Experience:
We're looking for someone with recent an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to make things happen, and with at least 2-4 years of recent experience in Sales or Business Development (ideally targeting Local Heroes and restaurant chains or Key Accounts, with high delivery volumes — over 1,000 monthly orders) in companies in the B2B Marketplace / Last-mile Delivery sector . It's important to have a solid understanding of the local market, bring access to a consolidated portfolio of clients with high delivery volumes, and have established networks in the delivery, retail, and restaurant sectors. Both farmer / hunter profiles would be considered, even though focus will be building a long-term, high-order-volume restaurants / clients.

Soft Skills:
Ability to build trust quickly. You should be flexible, able to multitask, and have an entrepreneurial mindset. You should feel comfortable in startup and B2B sales environments (Last-Mile Delivery / Food), be used to work under pressure & able to quickly find innovative solutions to make things happen. You should understand — and be motivated by — the startup culture, where every role is crucial and there's no room to hide. Every team member must be a driver of growth.

Languages & Communication:
Native-level German is essential, along with the ability to communicate and report in English (or Spanish). Excellent interpersonal communication skills at all levels are a must.
