Job Description: Technical Implementation Manager - Electrical Engineering (EV Charging)

Position Overview:
The Technical Implementation Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the deployment of technical solutions and systems for clients (DC&AC). This role involves managing project timelines, resources, and client relationships to ensure successful implementation and integration of technology products. The Technical Implementation Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, product managers, and support staff, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Lead and manage multiple technical implementation projects for DC and AC charging simultaneously.

•    Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget tracking.

•    Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

•    Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

•    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the technical implementation process.

•    Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients throughout the implementation process.

•    Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, including software developers, QA testers, product managers, and support staff.

•    Understand and document client requirements and technical specifications.

•    Provide technical guidance and support to clients during the implementation phase.

•    Assist in the configuration, customization, and integration of technical solutions to meet client needs.

•    Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during implementation.

•    Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and implementation guides.
Qualifications and Skills:

•    Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

•    5+ years of experience in project management or technical implementation roles (Electrical Engineering), practical experience is required
•    EV charging experience or automotive electrical engineering experience is required

•    Qualified Electrical Engineer is ESSENTIAL, Strong technical background with experience in software development, system integration, or IT infrastructure.

•    Proven experience managing complex technical projects from inception to completion.

•    Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

•    Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

•    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

•    Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana)

•    Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Scrum Master) are a plus.

•    ESSENTIAL: Fluent in German and English
