Why This Role Is Right for You

As a Product Manager Fraud Prevention, you'll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Germany or Denmark.  We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Product Manager to lead the development, integration and evolution of our Acquiring Fraud Products. In this role, you will be at the forefront of protecting merchants and consumers from fraud, while enabling frictionless commerce. You will collaborate across technology, risk, compliance, and commercial teams to deliver cutting-edge fraud prevention capabilities.  This role requires a dynamic, data-driven, and highly collaborative individual that sits at the intersection of risk management, payments, data science, and product development, with a strong focus on protecting merchants and payment systems from fraudulent activity.

About Your Future Role

In this position, you will:

• Evolve and own the product vision, roadmap, and KPIs for risk and fraud solutions.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and continuous improvement of Fraud products Europe-wide.
• Determine build/buy/partner strategies to implement tools for Fraud detection and Prevention.
• Analyze fraud trends, regulatory changes, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and additional product requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and risk teams to design and implement scalable fraud detection and prevention tools, processes and methodologies.
• Partner with sales and marketing to position fraud products effectively in the market.
• Ensure compliance with PSD3, PCI DSS, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on data insights and market feedback.

Essential Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of experience in product management/fraud management in payments, fintech, or fraud/risk domains. Operational Fraud Management skills highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of acquiring business models, fraud typologies, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Experience working with AI/machine learning or rule-based fraud detection systems; specific experience with market-leading tools highly desirable
• Experience in working with and managing partner-delivered tools in the product space. 
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Some level of project management experience desirable.
• Fluent in English; German or Italian is a plus.
