Wir sind elvent – eine Direct-to-Costumer-Marke für hochwertige Outdoor-Produkte für Familien, entwickelt für unvergessliche Erlebnisse im Alltag und auf Reisen.

Neben elvent betreust du auch Flowers & Me, eine schnell wachsende DIY-Deko-Marke, die Kreativität und Wohnästhetik auf einzigartige Weise verbindet.

Beide Marken wachsen stark im E-Commerce und Social Media – und du spielst dabei eine entscheidende Rolle, um Performance-Kampagnen datengetrieben und kreativ weiterzuentwickeln.

Die Stelle ist ab dem 01. März 2026 zu besetzen.

Aufgaben

Als Senior Marketing Manager übernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung für Marketing-Performance und kreative Skalierung über zwei Brands. Du führst das Marketing-Team im Alltag (inkl. Cutter/Video-Editor, Design, Content/UGC) und baust Prozesse, die Wachstum planbar machen.

  • Ownership für Google Ads (Search, Shopping/PMax, YouTube) inkl. Struktur, Skalierung, Profit-Steuerung
  • Skalierung von Meta Ads mit klaren Testing-Frameworks (Creative & Audience)
  • Budgetplanung, Forecasting, Pacing und Performance-Reporting (MER, CAC, Contribution Margin)
  • Setup/Weiterentwicklung von Measurement (GA4, CAPI/Server-Side, Attribution, Dashboards)
  • Creative-Performance-System: Briefings, Iterationen, Learnings, klare "Next actions"
  • Feed-/Merchant-Center-Strategie (Produktlogik, PMax-Struktur, Asset-Gruppen)
  • Steuerung von Dienstleistern/Agenturen
  • Verantwortung über das gesamte Marketing-Team
Qualifikation

Must-haves

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Performance Marketing/Paid Media (typisch: 5 Jahre)
  • Google Ads deep hands-on: große Accounts strukturieren, skalieren, restrukturieren
  • Meta-Ads: Erfahrungen über Jahre hinweg
  • Sehr starke analytische Skills: Optimierung auf Profit/Unit Economics, nicht "ROAS-only"
  • Sehr gutes Kommunikations- & Stakeholder-Management (klar, schnell, lösungsorientiert)
  • Advanced Tracking/Analytics: Server-side, Datenmodell, MMM/Incrementality-Grundverständnis
  • DTC-Erfahrung inkl. Offer-/Bundle-Testing & Landingpage/CRO
  • Führung/Coaching-Erfahrung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
