Ihre Aufgaben
- Durchführung von Administrations- und Inbetriebnahmearbeiten hohen Schwierigkeitsgrades an komplexen Anlagen
- Koordination des Einsatzes von Fremdfirmen im Bereich der Haustechnik
- Disposition von Ersatzteilen
- Änderung und Pflege der umfangreichen Dokumentation sowie die Datensicherung
- Bearbeitung von technischen Lösungen zur Anlagenoptimierung und zur Steigerung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit
Ihr Profil
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen Bereich oder vergleichbar
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Heizung, Klima, Lüftung und Sanitärtechnik wünschenswert
- EDV-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
