, and we need someone, to help our customers get the most out of our products. As our first Working Student in Customer Success Operations,
you'll own processes
,
improve onboarding
, and make sure every customer has a
seamless experience
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Standardize and organize customer data so onboarding and daily operations run smoothly
  • Support our Customer Success Managers in handling requests and keeping things moving
  • Improve internal docs and the external help center, help people help themselves
  • Take ownership of milestone- or project-specific initiatives that make a real difference
  • Occasionally prep decks, dashboards, and KPIs for customer meetings

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Some experience in consulting, operations, or a similar role (internship or working student)
  • Excel and PowerPoint skills you can actually use
  • German mother tongue
  • Analytical, conceptual, structured, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-moving environments

Nice to have

  • Experience with low-/no-code automation or BI tools
  • Experience making dashboards or visualizing KPIs
