Bus Drivers

Our Partner Company – a traditional public transport operator with more than 30 years of experience in local public transit – is looking for reinforcements in scheduled bus services in the Ilm district in Germany. You can expect reliable working hours, a collective agreement-based employment contract, and a respectful working environment. You can also choose whether you want to start in full-time or part-time.

• Safe and friendly transportation of passengers in scheduled services
• Ticket sales and providing information about timetables and stops
• Responsible handling of passengers, vehicles, and ticketing system

• Driving license class D/DE
• Driver qualification card & driver card
• Clean criminal record
• Good German language skills (at least B1)

• Attractive salary: from €3,445.20
• Collective agreement increase up to €3,613.46 by 05/2027
• Reliable duty schedules up to 1 year in advance
• Reduction of working hours to 39/week from 01/2026
