Senior SAP Cross-Functional Architecture Consultant

Job Description:

We are searching for Senior SAP Cross-Functional Architecture Consultant to lead the design and implementation of integrated SAP solutions across multiple business functions. In this strategic role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their needs and create effective architecture designs that align with business goals. Your expertise in SAP technologies and cross-functional processes will drive operational efficiency and ensure seamless integration. This position requires strong leadership abilities, technical acumen, and exceptional communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the cross-functional team, setting strategic direction aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.

• Define and manage integration strategies for SAP modules to ensure data consistency and seamless across functions.

• Create comprehensive SAP solutions that integrate S/4HANA or ERP based modules like MM, SD, PP, and FI to fulfill business requirements.

• Analyze and enhance complex business processes with stakeholders, recommending SAP solutions for improved operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with SAP developers and technical architects to validate proposed solutions and ensure compliance with best practices.

• Maintain thorough documentation of architecture designs, integration processes, and functional specifications for governance.

Requirements:

• Many years (at least 10 years) experience in SAP consulting, specializing in cross-functional architecture and integration across various SAP modules.

• Strong knowledge of SAP solutions, including S/4HANA and cloud offerings, with expertise in system design and integration.

• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams, achieving successful outcomes through effective collaboration and strategy.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of assessing complex business needs and designing effective solutions.

• Experienced in managing SAP projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed project goals.

Education and Qualification:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Business Information Technology, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Fluent written and spoken German and English.

• Certifications: SAP certifications in relevant areas are a plus.
