Your Resonsibilities and Tasks:
Be responsible for the promoting the system to the new plant, like analyses of process difference, making the corresponding solution, doing the system configuration, test and user trainingBe responsible for the daily maintenance: colleting the new requirements, outputting the solution with headquarter and transferring the system solution to the end userBe responsible for the trouble-shooting for the manufacturing system in a short time, guaranteeing the stability of the manufacturing systemBe responsible for the new function promotion with the help from headquarter ITBe responsible for the It project management, like making the plan, risk management and coordinating the resourceProvide daily IT service support to end-users, like computer installation, account configuration, software installation, email configuration, IP telephone configurationConduct routine maintenance for ICT devices, like printer, meeting room equipment and computerConduct the update of the software like windows and patch managementBe responsible for making the standard IT service process according to ITIL principlesManage ICT assets and coordinate procurementImplement the security policy, do the regular audit and information security trainingTrouble-shooting: be responsible for the daily IT issues from the employees 
Your Profile: 
academic degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable qualificationInitial practical experience in Application systems for Human Resources Solutions, ideally also in an industrial environmentStrong knowledge of system configuration as well as troubleshooting and problem analysisProficient in common IT tools and software solutionsExcellent communication skills and a strong team playerIndependent, structured, and solution-oriented working styleVery good written and spoken German and English skills, Chinese skill is preferred
