International Dispatcher - German/ Romanian Speaking

Your Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage international shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
Communicate effectively with customers, carriers, and internal teams in both German and Romanian.
Monitor shipment progress and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
Prepare and process shipping documents, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
Work closely with the logistics and customer service teams to optimize shipping routes and costs.
Maintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries.

Your Profile:

Fluency in German and Romanian (both written and spoken) is essential.
Relevant experience in logistics, dispatching, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures is advantageous.
