Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of senior medical staff

Assist with patient assessments, medication administration, and care planning

Monitor vital signs, maintain patient records, and ensure infection-control protocols

Support doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency care

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team

Adapt to German healthcare standards, documentation systems, and work culture

Participate in mandatory training, including German nursing recognition requirements

Required Qualifications

GNM / B.Sc Nursing degree from a recognized institution

Minimum 3 years of clinical experience (hospital or long-term care)

Valid nursing registration (INC/State Nursing Council)

Good communication skills and willingness to learn German

High level of professionalism, compassion, and teamwork

Willingness to relocate to Germany and complete the recognition process

Language Requirement

German language level B1 or B2
