We are looking for a new Product Manager (m/f/d) Legal, M & A, Public Funding and Contract Expert team. What you do

You manage the preparation, negotiation, and finalization of contracts regarding partnerships, sub-licensing, sub-contracting in close alignment with internal stakeholders and external partners.

You support M&A including providing a background dossier on companies.

You monitor relevant new public funding projects in alignment with product management and engineering department.

You oversee and manage the entire application process for public fundings , including documentation and status reports.

You ensure correct financial handling of public funding in coordination with Controlling.

What you bring

You have a degree in law or related area and a solid understanding of international business law, including specifically German business law.

You already have strong knowledge of German Government legal processes , such as public funding processes, mergers and acquisitions, transfers, etc.

You have proven experience in German and English contract management , including drafting, negotiating, and finalizing agreements with partners and subcontractors.

Your fluency in German and strong command of English complete your profile.
