THE OPPORTUNITY
Would you like to gain first-hand experience in the Global People & Culture Team of an innovative high-growth company?

You will be well-equipped in this role to work on a day-to-day basis on a broad range of projects, with the opportunity to support and potentially manage end-to-end employee and student life-cycles from an administrative perspective and in turn play a crucial role in creating an exciting and collaborative employee culture, as well as driving and setting up state-of-the art People processes and projects. As part of our People Team, you will work on different topics with People Partners as well as Recruiting and Operations experts.

How You Will Make An Impact

• You'll help create a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new employees around the world, ensuring they feel supported from day one.
• By assisting with global mobility processes, you'll contribute to a compliant and well-documented international workforce.
• Your attention to detail in preparing contracts and reference letters will help maintain our high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
• You'll keep our employee data clean and up to date, supporting the integrity of our HR systems and processes.
• Through your collaboration and curiosity, you'll help us continuously improve how we operate and deliver value to our employees.

What Will Help You Succeed In The Role

• You have in-progress studies in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, HR or a similar field
• With some previous experience in Project Management, HR, labor law and social security law, you can get quickly familiar with our processes and operations
• Your skills and experience in working with Excel or other analytics tools will help you successfully support on topics related to Employee Bonus, etc.
• You are fully proficient in written and spoken German, to be able to independently tackle insurance, labor law and tax topics
• You are fluent in business English, as it is our official language
