lemon.markets provides a Brokerage-as-a-Service platform for simple digital access to capital markets through a single API. Our API-first infrastructure makes launching an investment product customer-centric and compliant. We abstract all complexity for our partners through a well documented API, a self-service customer operations portal and operating in a clear regulatory framework. Enabling partners to launch in weeks, not months.

As a member of our cross-functional team of DevOps, DevSecOps and Workplace Technology engineers, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction and evolution of our infrastructure. You'll build on a stable foundation that includes EKS on AWS, IaC principles, and robust deployment pipelines. Together, we'll drive architectural enhancements, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and support the growing demands of our business.

Your work will significantly impact both our internal engineering teams and the external partners who depend on secure, reliable infrastructure. Leveraging your expertise, you'll help us continue to deliver scalable and compliant solutions that empower our partners to innovate and bring investment opportunities to millions across Europe.

• You have hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or OpenTofu and are passionate about leveraging these to build reliable, scalable systems.

• You have experience in AWS networking, core services (e.g., RDS, S3), and IAM security best practices.

• You are skilled in managing Kubernetes (we use EKS) and are excited to maintain and evolve enterprise-scale platforms with best practices for security, privacy, monitoring, and CI/CD.

• You have experience with observability tooling such as OpenTelemetry and are comfortable working with tools like DataDog to implement metrics, tracing, and robust monitoring solutions.

• You bring a solid understanding of cloud-native technologies, including AWS services like RDS and RedShift, and know how to integrate them into highly performant and secure infrastructure.

• You are familiar with modern CI/CD pipelines and workflow automation tools, including ArgoCD, Argo Workflows, and GitHub Actions, and you use them to streamline operations and improve developer productivity.

• You have a proven ability to design, build, and maintain scalable platforms while working as part of a cross-functional team.

• You can dive into an existing codebase and quickly familiarize yourself, identifying areas to improve and contribute effectively.

• You see yourself as a product engineer. That means you are excited by solving customer problems and strive to become an expert in the domain area you are working in.

• You are a team player. Working together as a team, sharing knowledge, and providing mentorship comes naturally to you. Long term, you may even see yourself stepping into a team lead role.
