YOUR MISSION AS JUNIOR AMAZON MARKETPLACE MANAGER AT LILLYDOO

• You shape and implement our international Amazon strategy across DE, ES, FR, IT & the US.
• You challenge existing processes and proactively bring in new ideas and optimization approaches.
• You develop, maintain, and continuously optimize our product listings – from content and keywords to images and A+ content.
• You conduct competitor and market analyses to identify growth opportunities, trends, and new tools.
• You plan, manage, and evaluate promotions and deals.
• You support the analysis of campaign and sales data to derive concrete action recommendations.
• You work with and further develop tools such as Helium 10.
• You actively monitor Amazon trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• You collaborate closely with internal teams such as Content, Performance Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.
• You communicate and align with external partners, agencies, and service providers.
• You support operational day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth processes.

YOUR SKILLSET

• You're motivated, proactive, and enjoy taking ownership of your work.
• You're open-minded, quick to grasp new topics, and always focused on finding solutions.
• You work in a structured, independent way and bring a true hands-on mentality.
• You're a strong communicator and enjoy collaborating with different teams and departments.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills – in both German and English. (C1)
• You're confident using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• You already have some experience or a strong interest in e-commerce – ideally with Amazon Seller or Vendor Central.
• You're tech-savvy and curious about tools, data, and automation (e.g. Helium 10).
• Team fit matters to us: you're someone who wants to grow with us, shape new things, and make an impact together.
