Deine Rolle
Als Werkstudent:in im Bereich Customer Experience für FINN Stations spielst du eine zentrale Rolle beim Aufbau und der Betreuung unserer ersten physischen FINN Station – dem Ort, an dem unsere Kund:innen ihre FINN Fahrzeuge abholen und zurückgeben können. In dieser stark unternehmerisch geprägten Rolle arbeitest du hands-on im täglichen operativen Geschäft, gestaltest Prozesse aktiv mit und entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Team eine langfristige Vision für das Kundenerlebnis vor Ort. Du hilfst dabei, eine spannende und skalierbare Customer Journey für eines der innovativsten Konzepte von FINN zu schaffen.

Deine Ziele

  • Gestalte den Alltag an der FINN Station: Von der Einrichtung einer einladenden FINN Station, die jeden Besuch besonders macht, über reibungslose und professionelle Fahrzeugübergaben bis hin zur Erstellung von Prozessdokumentationen und KPI-Dashboards – bei FINN übernimmst du vom ersten Tag an Verantwortung und gestaltest aktiv die Zukunft unseres Unternehmens mit.
  • Schaffe ein einzigartiges Kundenerlebnis: Du spielst eine zentrale Rolle bei der Definition und Umsetzung der Customer Journey. Du baust eine kontinuierliche Feedback-Schleife auf, lernst aus den Erfahrungen der Kund:innen und entwickelst das Erlebnis Schritt für Schritt weiter.
  • Arbeite mit externen Partnern zusammen: Um unsere Vision zum Leben zu erwecken, unterstützt du dabei, skalierbare Partnerschaften aufzubauen und die bestmöglichen Ergebnisse in der Zusammenarbeit zu erzielen

Dein Profil

  • Du bist an einer staatlich anerkannten Hochschule eingeschrieben und kannst uns während des Semesters 20h/Woche, in den Semesterferien 30–40h/Woche unterstützen.
  • Erste Erfahrung im Customer Experience- oder kundenorientierten Bereich von Vorteil.
  • Kommunikativ, serviceorientiert und motiviert, direkt mit Kund:innen zu arbeiten.
  • Hands-on Mentalität und unternehmerisches Denken – du packst an und übernimmst Verantwortung.
  • Kreative, pragmatische Lösungen bei Herausforderungen.
  • Führerschein Klasse B (PKW) erforderlich.
  • Deutsch (C2) und Englischkenntnisse (B2).
