Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you

• Creation of tax documents under the regulation of the double taxation treatment and on behalf of our clients
• Send tax documents to our clients and monitor its progress
• Supports the processing of tax documents in the relevant Back-office system
• Archiving
• Support in administrative tasks like reconciliation and matching of internal suspense accounts
• Support in transferring funds received from tax authorities to clients
• Assist in managing replies and deadlines of communication with clients as well as with sub custodians.

Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer

• Student of business or a related field
• Prior experience in a relevant industry is a plus, but not required
• Strong collaborating and teamwork abilities
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering outcomes
• Customer oriented and client-focused approach
• Fluent in Englisch (German is a plus, but not required)
