Your Mission:

Suit up onion knights. Our campaigns are becoming more daring, more challenging and more exciting than ever before. To prepare us for the journey ahead, we're looking for adventurers who are adept communicators and problem solvers. Good thing this isn't your first boss fight. Any hurdle that comes your way, you already handle with a calm and diplomatic demeanor - and the occasional dodge roll.

Working from Black Soup's kitchen, we expect you to serve our most prestigious of clients. You'll be making them suggestions from the menu that is influencer marketing, managing their expectations on what is possible and educating them on best practices. Meanwhile, you'll be acting as a radar for your chefs, scouting for trends and advising us on what we should put on the menu. All with the goal of making good soup.

Aside from consulting and strategizing, you excel at execution. You craft and present pitches in your sleep and eat media plans for breakfast. As a campaign manager, your eagle eye maintains an overview of the situation at all times. You'll be in constant communication with your team to make sure the campaign is being delivered within scope and budget.

We expect you to have earned a fair amount of grey stripes handling influencer marketing campaigns. But don't fret. Grey is the new black as so they say.

You are the One if:

  • You are an eloquent wielder of words in the English language. Polish, Chinese and/or Portuguese are a bonus power.
  • Your domain resides in Europe. Berlin would be a plus.
  • You are what Twitter calls a true gamer, though you deleted your account in favor of BlueSky.
  • You don't just watch YouTube or Twitch. You know how these platforms work in and out.
  • You have been managing projects since you were six and influencer campaigns for at least three years.
  • You always carry a calculator in your inventory. Tracking stats, you're able to spot flaws and know how to optimize.
  • You are someone who pulls people up instead of looking down on them.
  • You hang out with indie developers and may have dabbled with some game development yourself.
