Indian Specialty Chef (m/f/d)

For our new location in Cologne, we are looking for an experienced Indian Specialty Chef (m/f/d) who can inspire our guests with authentic flavors and modern cooking techniques.

Your Responsibilities

  • Prepare traditional and modern Indian dishes according to eatDOORI recipes
  • Ensure consistent quality and attractive food presentation
  • Support the development of new dishes and seasonal specials
  • Maintain high hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
  • Train and guide kitchen staff in Indian cuisine techniques

Your Profile

  • Several years of experience in Indian cuisine (e.g. as Chef, Sous Chef, or Curry Cook)
  • Strong knowledge of Indian spices, cooking methods, and regional specialties
  • Passion for food and attention to detail
  • Independent, clean, and organized working style
  • Team spirit, reliability, and a positive attitude
  • Good English skills (German is a plus)
