Aufgaben
  • Entwicklung ganzheitlicher Marketing- und Funnel-Strategien für Kunden
  • Analyse von Geschäftsmodellen, Angeboten, Zielgruppen und Customer Journeys
  • Ableitung klarer Prioritäten für Kanäle, Budgets und Maßnahmen
  • Steuerung und fachliche Führung von SEO-, SEA-, Paid-Ads- und Content-Teams
  • Definition und Bewertung relevanter KPIs mit Fokus auf Wirkung statt Aktivität
  • Strategisches Sparring für Account Management und Vertrieb
  • Begleitung von Kunden bei Wachstums-, Budget- und Strukturentscheidungen
  • Keine operative Dauerumsetzung einzelner Kanäle
  • Kein reines Projekt- oder Task-Management
  • Kein Reporting ohne Aussagekraft
  • Kein Arbeiten nach Bauchgefühl oder Tool-Logik
Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Online-Marketing (Agentur oder Inhouse)
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis von SEO, Google Ads, Paid Social und Content
  • Erfahrung mit Funnels, Conversion-Logik und Performance-Bewertung
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge klar zu erklären
  • Unternehmerisches Denken mit Fokus auf Wirkung und Effizienz
