Job responsibilities

1.FA team formation (sort out and count the fault information and establish a failure analysis team);

2.Failure cause analysis (Proficient in 8D logic,skillfully using FTA, fishbone diagram, 5WHY and other methods to analyzefailure causes, including module & pack & cell disassembly);

3.Follow up the implementation of improvement measures (timely follow up and

confirm the improvement verification effect);

4.Facilitates all root cause analysis investigation,generate detailed failure analysis 8D reports for both internal and external customers (form lesson learning and form a closed loop);

5.Effectively coordination of resources related to the analysis process;

1. Manages the actions with regard to customer's quality incidents;

7.Report to customers as required.

Jobrequirements:

1.At least 3 years FA related experience or at least 1 year BMS related working experience is preferred;

2.Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, materials or machinery;

3.Understand the structure and functional principle of lithium battery and power battery system, as well as the production and manufacturing process, and master the failure mechanism of the system involving machinery, electricity, chemistry, heat and so on;

4.Understand scientific and engineering analysis methods such as FTA, fishbone diagram and 5WHY, and have strong logical thinking ability;

5.Can identify 3D & 2D drawing and product explosion drawing, skillfully use office software, and have certain data analysis and processing ability;

1. Ability to use relevant test equipment (charge and discharge motor, multimeter, insulation voltmeter, etc.);

2. Understands and masters the technical skills, knowledge, and tasks associated with his/her job; shares technical expertise with others;

8.Have a sense of teamwork, strong communication skills and strong pressure resistance;

9.Proficient in foreign language listening, speaking, reading and writing (Germany necessary, English and chinese preferential treatment);

10.Relevant certificates are beneficial (EV High Voltage

Safety Operation Qualification, Six Sigma etc.)
