Ihre Aufgaben
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Data-Science-Teams (ca. 10 Personen)
  • Entwicklung von Data-Science-Strategien sowie Aufbau skalierbarer Analyse- und ML-Pipelines
  • Verantwortung für den End-to-End-Lebenszyklus von datengetriebenen Produkten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement, Softwareentwicklung und Hardwareteams
  • Weiterentwicklung von Analytics-Methoden, Tools und Standards im Unternehmen
Ihr Profil
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Data-Science-Teams und HR-Verantwortung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Machine Learning, Statistik und Modellbereitstellung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Python, Cloud-Umgebungen und modernen Datenarchitekturen
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Herausforderungen strukturiert zu lösen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, strategisches Denken und hohe Eigeninitiative
