For our Munich team we are looking for a motivated, detail driven and organised
Financial Accountant (m/f/x)
based in Munich.

This role is responsible for daily accounting operations of the German subsidiary, including AR/AP processing, expense review, bank liaison, month-end closing, and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AR Management: Review invoices, ensure tax compliance, allocate incoming payments into SAP.
  • AP Management: Book supplier invoices, support payment workflows, maintain vendor balances.
  • Expense Reimbursement: Review expense claims, update policies, train employees.
  • Banking & Treasury: Liaise with banks, support guarantees and payments, consolidate cash forecasts.
  • Month-end & Accounting: Prepare financial data, process SAP postings, coordinate with accounting agents.
  • Audit & Compliance Support: Provide documentation and support internal/external audits.
